This is the first such conference organized and attended by women gospel ministers from all over the world in a bid to promote world peace. After the recent conflict in Iraq, this meeting will begin the healing process and reach out to Muslims with the Gospel of Love. Sword of the Spirit Ministries would like to send at least 5 women from East Africa to the conference. During
the first week of August this year, a unique International Peace
Conference will be held at Uramieh, Iran. Several major speakers from
Christianity and Islam are scheduled to speak during the conference on
issues of world peace. The event will be followed by a Peace Festival at
the same venue.
