recent crusade hosted by Reverend Nicholas Mulli of God's House of Prayer Athi River Grounds saw
thousands of attendance and over 200 souls came to Christ. This crusade
was opened by Reverend Mulli who delivered a powerful message on repentance and
healing. 70 people received Christ on the first day.
Preaching on the last day of the crusade, Evangelist Juda Karinga said that those who refused to obey the Word of God would be cursed and cut off from God’s favor (Zechariah 5:1-3).
Evangelist Juda said that in the world today there are those who have refused the Word of God either because they are learned, have so much wealth, or because they love worldly pleasures. The words written in the flying roll, which is the Word of God, must penetrate into every person and every family. If one refused to obey what is written therein - it does not matter what position they are holding in the society – they will be cursed and destroyed.
He said that the Word of God comes either with a curse to those who refuse it or as a blessing to them that obey. Isaiah chapter 3 says that it shall be well with the righteous man - he shall eat the fruits of his hands. However, the wicked man shall be ill and he shall receive the fruit of his hands - curses will follow him and his family. He told the gathering that when they refuse to obey the Word of God when it comes to them, then all they will receive is the wrath of God. He pointed out that the things we possess do not guarantee peace and cannot give us divine joy, which every person needs. It is only in Jesus Christ that we are assured everlasting peace. And when problems or generational curses follow the people of God, no level of education, skill or any man who can heal or deliver - only the Blood of Jesus can remove the effects of curses in people’s lives.
The Bible says that the plan that God has for every person is good. His hand is not too short that it cannot deliver nor His ears deaf that He cannot hear when we cry to Him. When we cry out to God, He will always be ready to deliver us. The Lord Jesus Christ is the only one who heals and delivers people from all manner of curses.
He told the people of Kenya that this nation needs the healing of God and urged them not to continue staying under curses since Jesus Christ has brought deliverance. There is no politician or anybody in position of power who will save Kenyans from their problems. It is only the Lord Jesus Christ that can deliver.
At this point, Evangelist Karinga, called on people to surrender their lives to Jesus and to cry out to God so that He may break all manner of curses. Hundreds of people responded to the Word of God and many were saved and delivered.
