Exultation

Since our time in this world is very limited, we must use it wisely and productively. To spend time criticizing and faulting others is terribly unfortunate. Most of us usually have enough on our hands to deal with. Rather than expend our energies trying to fault and undermine the efforts of others, we should concentrate on those things that concern and benefit us. We should also be wary of people who habitually hang around us for no particular reason at all. These are the people who bring gossip to us when we are trying very hard to meet deadlines. But I'm not suggesting that we dismiss them as inconsequential. No! We should firmly and assertively let them know that we are busy at the moment and we would be more than pleased to continue with the discussion some other time, say, at tea break? By doing this, you will be indirectly telling them to get back to their work and leave you to do yours. Have a busy day! -Innocent Mwangi
