Exultation: Showing gratitude to people and to God is one of the most relieving exercises that I know of. Yet, we often bypass this very crucial aspect of our inward and outward development. Ungrateful people generate a lot of negative energy. As you go about your day, remember to drop a ‘thank you’ here and there for all the little (and big) favours you get, e.g. the tea maker who brings you a steaming cup of tea on a cold day, the cleaner who dusts your desk and vacuums your office, etc. Above all, the fact that you are reading this short message means that God has kept you alive and well.
