Exultation

Recently I read a book, THE GREATEST NETWORKER, which completely changed my perspective of life. The book stresses on the importance of changing belief systems that do not help you to achieve the results you desire. The way to do this is first to ask yourselves whether the values you have held on for so long have helped you to become the person you've always wanted to be. If your answer is no, then you have to change some habits and behaviors that you have become accustomed to, and which have not helped you to become who you want to be. Close your eyes and visualize yourself as the star in 'The Movie of My Life'. In that movie see yourself as the person you have always wanted to be - successful, victorious, wealthy, public speaker, motivator par excellence, having a wonderful wife and children, frolicking at the beach as though without a care in this world, etc. Don't allow any limitation as to what you can achieve or what you can be. See it all as you would want it to be. As you do this regularly, something will start happening to you. Your belief system will start to change from 'impossible' to 'possible'; from failure to success; from demoralized to motivated, etc, etc. Once you replay this movie over and over again in your mind, you will soon realize that you actually believe what you see in the movie and, before you know it, you will actually be living it - and loving every moment. -Innocent Mwangi
