Exultation

A good leader must be a finisher. It is very important to consider those who have gone before us and learn from them. Heb.12:3-4 says: 'Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.' In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.' As a leader, be faithful to the end and always focus on the goal. In other words, be focused on eternity and fix your eyes on the prize. Your plight and momentary troubles will achieve for you an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. You will be judged by not how you start but by how we finish. Finish strong! - Jane Mwangi
