Don't be fooled! Opportunity usually comes disguised as hard work and nights of toil. It is therefore very tempting to just dismiss it with an 'it can't work' wave of the hand. Most people have missed great opportunities just because they failed to recognize them when they should have. I said in an earlier issue that opportunities have a very high attrition rate - they don't stay for dinner! And yet if we fail to seize these time-bound and place-specific opportunities, we are bound to regret the rest of our lives. What you are doing right now may not look like much to the unimaginative onlooker, but keep scrapping the dirt away and you will soon unravel the diamond hidden therein. When that happens, everyone will notice. Always be on the lookout for opportunities in your life and seize them immediately they appear. Have an opportunity-laden day! -Innocent Mwangi
